Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to optimize logistics workflows and reduce lead times.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems to track stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and prevent shortages.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in all warehouse and logistics activities.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and adherence to company policies.
- Liaise with customs and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth clearance and compliance with import/export regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse management software (WMS), and ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with local and international logistics regulations, including customs procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a strong advantage.
