Responsibility
- Accurately pack and label products according to company guidelines and customer specifications.
- Inspect products for defects or damages before packaging to ensure quality control.
- Operate packaging machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to comply with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking packed items and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing targets and deadlines.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling, storing, and transporting goods.
- Adhere to company policies regarding attendance, punctuality, and workplace conduct.
Qualifications
- No formal education required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory tracking and labeling.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to wear appropriate attire (long black pants or jeans) and follow dress code policies.
- Must possess a valid NRIC or work permit for Indonesia.
