Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective, high-quality materials and components.
- Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely procurement to meet production schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, logistics, finance) to align procurement strategies with business goals.
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and inventory levels to optimize purchasing decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, contracts, and supplier agreements in compliance with company policies.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions and escalate issues to management with actionable solutions.
- Conduct regular supplier audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality and ethical standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce procurement costs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (fresh graduates with relevant coursework are welcome).
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of electronics components, materials, or industrial procurement is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) are a bonus.
