Responsibility
- Coordinate sales activities, including order processing, client communications, and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise between sales teams, logistics providers, and customers to streamline operations and resolve inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities within the manufacturing and logistics sectors.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through proactive service and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., warehouse, finance) to align sales efforts with operational capabilities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for sales improvement.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to expand the company’s network.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP systems.
