Responsibility
- Develop and execute inventory management strategies to align with demand forecasts and business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze stock levels, ensuring optimal availability while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to synchronize supply chain activities and resolve bottlenecks.
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to track inventory movements, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Implement safety stock policies and reorder points to mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for stockouts or overstock situations and propose corrective actions.
- Support new product launches by coordinating material availability and production timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, cost savings, and service levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or demand planning, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or food industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across departments.
- Familiarity with forecasting tools (e.g., statistical modeling, demand planning software) is a plus.
- Certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or APICS are advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and results-driven approach.
