Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality and efficiency targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Monitor production workflows and resolve bottlenecks to optimize output.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and materials to maintain operational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and reduce waste.
- Prepare and submit production reports, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to drive cost savings and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
