Responsibility
- Support Strategic Buyers in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers for MRO materials and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective procurement.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve optimal value for the organization.
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast MRO requirements and align procurement strategies with business needs.
- Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any supply chain disruptions proactively.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry best practices, and new technologies in MRO sourcing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier development, preferably in the manufacturing or electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of MRO materials, indirect procurement, and supplier management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
