Responsibility
- Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and efficiency targets are met.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and improve workflow.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Document maintenance activities, production logs, and equipment performance reports.
- Assist in training new operators on machine operations and safety procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or Technician in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong technical skills in operating and maintaining industrial machinery.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and follow standard operating procedures.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work overtime and in shifts as required.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
