Responsibility
- Assist in demand planning and forecasting to ensure optimal inventory levels and production schedules.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to coordinate material requirements and minimize supply chain disruptions.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Support logistics coordination, including shipment tracking, delivery scheduling, and vendor management.
- Generate and maintain reports on supply chain performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align planning activities with business goals.
- Assist in process optimization initiatives to enhance operational workflows.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain and logistics management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas) and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
