Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces, adhering to safety and operational standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and update records in the warehouse management system.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly operational targets.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to the warehouse supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse management are a plus.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management (prior experience is beneficial but not required).
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 kg regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic computer literacy for using warehouse management systems and scanning devices.
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or evenings, as required.
