Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential workplace dangers and recommend mitigative actions.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
- Organize and deliver HSE training programs for employees at all levels to foster a culture of safety awareness.
- Oversee environmental management systems, including waste disposal, emissions control, and sustainability initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into operational processes and project planning.
- Prepare and submit HSE reports to management and regulatory bodies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Stay updated on emerging HSE trends, technologies, and regulations to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE management within manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of local and international HSE regulations (e.g., OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001).
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HSE programs that reduce workplace incidents and improve compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HSE software tools (e.g., risk assessment platforms, incident reporting systems).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
