As a Warehouse Associate, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of goodsâfrom receiving and dispatching to inventory management and data entry. Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of delivered goods.
- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts, updating records, and reporting discrepancies to the logistics team.
- Prepare and dispatch outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and coordinating with couriers or transport providers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to move and store materials.
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating inventory systems, tracking shipments, and generating reports for management.
- Assist in the coordination of warehouse logistics, including scheduling deliveries, optimizing storage space, and resolving operational issues.
- Collaborate with procurement and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials for construction and real estate projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management (experience in construction or real estate is a plus).
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and data entry tasks.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written); Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse operations.
