Responsibility
- Analyze and optimize ERP and supply chain systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) processes to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Manage inventory systems and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to implement system enhancements and integrations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and workflows.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in apparel ERP and supply chain management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations systems analysis, preferably in the apparel or manufacturing industry.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) and supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of EDI processes and data integration techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
