Responsibility
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to deliver products to assigned routes and clients in Bali.
- Execute daily sales plans and targets as directed by the Senior Van Salesman or management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products, including verifying order details and handling paperwork.
- Collect payments from clients and maintain precise records of transactions, deliveries, and inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering product recommendations.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or operational issues promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, distribution, or a similar driver-sales role.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A or B) with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques, customer service, and inventory management.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet daily sales and delivery targets.
- Physical fitness to handle loading, unloading, and manual tasks as required.
- Familiarity with Bali’s geography and traffic conditions is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or logistics training is advantageous.
