As a Procurement Executive, you will oversee the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of high-quality raw materials while ensuring strict adherence to Halal certification standards. Your expertise will help maintain strong supplier relationships, optimize costs, and guarantee the timely delivery of materials to support our production goals. Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality raw materials at competitive prices.
- Ensure all procured materials and processes comply with Halal certification and other regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, conducting regular performance reviews and audits.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality or compliance.
- Prepare and manage procurement contracts, purchase orders, and related documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Production, Finance) to align procurement activities with business objectives.
- Stay updated on market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry best practices in procurement and Halal compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management, preferably in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Halal compliance requirements and certification processes.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed procurement decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
