Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to optimize resource allocation.
- Monitor inventory levels and material availability to prevent production delays.
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align production plans with business objectives.
- Generate reports on production performance, capacity utilization, and key metrics.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
