Responsibility
- Coordinate and deploy Prime Mover Drivers to perform trucking activities efficiently and safely.
- Monitor and manage traffic flow within designated areas to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of driver assignments, routes, and schedules.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, supervisors, and other stakeholders to resolve any operational issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure they meet safety standards.
- Provide training and guidance to drivers on best practices for safe and efficient driving.
- Assist in the development and implementation of traffic management plans and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in traffic control, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of traffic regulations and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in using traffic management software and tools.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
