Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products within the store.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Organize and arrange store items to ensure easy accessibility and efficient workflow.
- Support the preparation of orders for shipment or delivery.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company policies.
- Provide basic customer service and assist visitors or team members with inquiries.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as hand trucks or pallet jacks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Previous experience in a store, warehouse, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions accurately.
