Responsibility
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments between Malaysia and Bali, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to streamline import/export processes.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation (B/L, invoices, permits) in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Monitor logistics KPIs (lead times, costs, accuracy) and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize storage, picking, and dispatch operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve logistics-related issues with professionalism.
- Utilize ERP/WMS systems to track shipments and generate reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or freight coordination (retail/FMCG preferred).
- Strong knowledge of incoterms, customs clearance, and international shipping procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to handle operational challenges.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (visa sponsorship provided for qualified candidates).
