Responsibility
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and production lines to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform quality checks on products to maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report malfunctions to maintenance teams.
- Assist in material handling, packaging, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Document production data, including output quantities and defect reports.
- Participate in shift rotations and overtime as required to support operational demands.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing is a plus.
- Physical ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of mechanical processes or willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions precisely.
- Good communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
