As an intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our Order Management and Shipping teams, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with global trade regulations. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, learning the ins and outs of supply chain logistics in the food and agribusiness industry.

Responsibility
- Assist in processing and verifying shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin.
- Support the Order Management team in tracking shipments, updating delivery schedules, and coordinating with freight forwarders.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Finance, Warehouse) to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare and organize reports on shipping status, delays, and inventory movements for management review.
- Assist in resolving customs clearance issues by providing necessary documentation and follow-ups.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in documentation workflows.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence related to shipping operations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of shipping documentation, Incoterms, and customs procedures is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and document handling.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or part-time experience in logistics, administration, or customer service is a bonus.
