Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of assembled products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and document defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement in the manufacturing process.
- Perform detailed checks on product finishing, packaging, and labeling to guarantee consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the assembly and packaging teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results, including photographs, measurements, and test reports.
- Monitor and calibrate inspection tools and equipment to ensure precision and reliability.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality inspection, preferably in manufacturing, assembly, or packaging environments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and inconsistencies in products.
- Familiarity with quality control tools, techniques, and standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and product assembly.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools such as calipers, gauges, and measurement devices.
- Excellent communication skills to report findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality documents.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in quality assurance are a plus.
