Responsibility
- Assist in daily production operations, including material handling, assembly, and packaging.
- Operate and maintain production equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
- Follow standardized work instructions and quality control procedures to ensure product consistency.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and participate in regular safety training.
- Perform routine inspections of machinery and tools to ensure optimal functionality.
- Document production activities, including output quantities and any deviations from standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing is a plus.
- Previous experience in production, warehousing, or logistics (preferred but not required).
- Physical ability to lift and move materials (up to 20-25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of machinery operation and workplace safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime, as needed.
- Familiarity with ISO or GMP standards is an advantage.
