Responsibility
- Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect items for defects or damages before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate packaging machinery or tools (e.g., sealers, labelers) as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company policies.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Work efficiently to meet daily packing quotas and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory management by reporting stock levels or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline packing processes and improve workflow.
Qualifications
- No formal education required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 20 kg.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for order verification.
- Own safety shoes (mandatory; no exceptions).
