Responsibility
- Accurately pick, pack, and label products for shipment in compliance with company and industry standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently after proper training.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality, quantity, and damage, reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing and shipping targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow strict inventory control procedures, including scanning, logging, and stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO).
- Assist in loading/unloading deliveries and preparing documentation for transport.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and aerospace industry regulations, including proper handling of sensitive materials.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics/warehousing is a plus.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, packing, or logistics is preferred but not required—training provided.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20-25 kg with or without assistance.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., inventory systems, scanners) and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with aerospace or manufacturing standards is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules, including weekends or overtime as needed.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
