Responsibility
- Accurately pick, pack, and label products for shipment according to order specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners, conveyors) safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing quotas and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and cycle counting.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling aerospace and logistics materials.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, packing, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 20-25 kg and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., using scanners, inventory systems).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules (if applicable).
- Team player with a proactive and reliable work ethic.
