Responsibility
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare fresh produce, vegetables, and seafood for distribution.
- Inspect products for quality, freshness, and compliance with food safety standards.
- Operate packaging machinery and tools (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cold storage areas.
- Follow inventory management procedures to track stock levels and reduce waste.
- Adhere to strict hygiene protocols, including proper handling of perishable goods.
- Work efficiently in a team to meet daily packing quotas and deadlines.
- Assist with loading/unloading deliveries and maintaining warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- No formal experience required—full training provided.
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 20–25 kg (assistance available for heavier loads).
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Ability to work in cold environments (cold room exposure may be required).
- Strong work ethic and reliability to meet shift schedules.
- Basic English communication skills (preferred but not mandatory).
