Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations in a high-volume packaging manufacturing plant.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 100+ production staff to achieve operational targets.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure product excellence.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, maintenance, and quality assurance.
- Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using production management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with ISO, GMP, or other relevant manufacturing standards is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Canggu, Bali, or nearby areas.
