Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of steel fabrication technicians to ensure daily production targets are met
- Oversee the entire fabrication process from material preparation to final product inspection
- Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure all products meet specifications
- Coordinate with production planning to optimize workflow and resource allocation
- Train and mentor team members on proper fabrication techniques and safety protocols
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with all workplace safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular performance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in steel fabrication or metalworking industry
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Technical diploma or certification in mechanical engineering, fabrication, or related field
- Strong understanding of fabrication techniques, welding processes, and quality standards
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional Bahasa Indonesia a plus)
- Proven ability to train and develop team members
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with safety regulations in manufacturing environments
- Experience with production planning and inventory management
