Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of the Fresh Division, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Manage inventory levels, order fulfillment, and distribution to meet customer demand.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in all operational activities.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to optimize supply chain operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Lead, train, and mentor operational staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the retail or fresh produce industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and quality regulations in the food and retail industry.
