Responsibility
- Perform thorough inspections and tests on products according to established quality procedures and work instructions.
- Record and document inspection data accurately, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Identify and report any deviations or defects, recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement improvements.
- Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure adherence to quality control protocols.
- Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures and documentation.
- Provide training and guidance to junior inspectors and production staff on quality standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
