Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor regional logistics operations, including export and import shipments.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
- Optimize shipping routes and methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Track shipments and resolve any delays or issues with carriers.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and generate reports for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan inventory movements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in APAC markets.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate or work remotely from Bali.
