Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing incoming shipments accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and update records using warehouse management systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors promptly.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions accurately.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and equipment operation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
