Responsibility
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer requirements and company procedures
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, scanners, and packaging machinery
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling and stock rotation
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure order completeness
- Assist in receiving and storing incoming inventory while maintaining warehouse organization
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report any discrepancies or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 20kg and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Willingness to work in shifts as required by operational needs
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
