Responsibility
- Coordinate and track international and domestic shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics documentation.
- Monitor shipment statuses and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.
- Assist in optimizing logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms.
- Support warehouse operations by coordinating with inventory and distribution teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international logistics regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
