Note: This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
Responsibility
- Operate and monitor automated production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Perform quality inspections on finished products to meet company and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate complex problems to the maintenance team.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Record production data, including output, downtime, and quality metrics, in digital tracking systems.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and improve production efficiency.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of machinery for new production runs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold 5S standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production, manufacturing, or assembly line environment (entry-level candidates with relevant training will be considered).
- Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems; familiarity with automation technology is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as SOPs, blueprints, and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, as required by production schedules.
