Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all inbound warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, and storing goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and timely processing of shipments.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to streamline logistics processes.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
- Resolve any operational issues or discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international warehouse regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, with a focus on inbound operations.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of warehouse staff.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
