Responsibility
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications and deadlines.
- Inspect products for quality and quantity before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace in compliance with safety standards.
- Label and prepare packages for shipment, including documentation and tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing targets and logistics goals.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and cycle counting.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or packing experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Physical stamina to lift and move items up to 20-25 kg (assistance provided for heavier loads).
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for order verification and documentation.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous but not required.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime during peak periods.
