Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end import logistics, including customs clearance, documentation, and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Manage drop shipment operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery to global clients.
- Optimize AWS (Advanced Warehouse Systems) for inventory accuracy, space utilization, and order fulfillment efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to streamline procurement and distribution processes.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs (e.g., lead times, cost savings, service levels) to drive continuous improvement.
- Implement VB$ (Value-Based Systems) methodologies to enhance operational productivity and reduce waste.
- Resolve logistics bottlenecks and escalate critical issues to senior management with actionable solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in supply chain management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, import/export operations, or warehouse management.
- Proven expertise in AWS, VB$, or similar warehouse management systems.
- Strong knowledge of incoterms, customs procedures, and international shipping regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, or logistics software.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
- Certifications in SCM (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) or logistics are highly advantageous.
