Responsibility
- Source and procure materials, components, and services required for PCBA manufacturing.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production demands.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs and align with business objectives.
- Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure quality and reliability.
- Manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier communications.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Experience in the PCBA or electronics manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven purchasing decisions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.
