Responsibility
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
- Monitor and optimize production schedules to meet deadlines and maximize output.
- Lead, mentor, and train production staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks and improve processes.
- Prepare and present production reports, including KPIs, to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production supervision or manufacturing leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage conflicts, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations in industrial settings.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
