Responsibility
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Manage inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies
- Supervise warehouse staff and provide training on safety procedures and operational protocols
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) for optimal efficiency
- Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare regular reports for management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum productivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination
- Proven track record in inventory management and stock control
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising warehouse staff
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehouse environments
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
