Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high productivity, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, conducting regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Implement and improve warehouse management systems (WMS) to enhance efficiency and traceability.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align inventory with demand forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present reports on inventory status, warehouse performance, and process improvements.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and propose solutions to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking tools.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP software; SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Familiarity with food manufacturing or FMCG industry standards is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
