Responsibility
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specified guidelines and procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment and tools, such as scanners and packing stations, to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing to minimize errors and returns.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency in the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly order fulfillment targets.
- Follow inventory control procedures to track stock levels and report discrepancies.
- Assist in receiving and storing incoming inventory as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in warehousing or logistics is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 20 kg safely.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
