Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet delivery deadlines.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks and cycle counts.
- Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to load and unload goods from trucks and delivery vehicles.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies for handling hazardous materials (if applicable).
- Assist in data entry and documentation for inventory tracking and reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) safely.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory systems.
