Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement costs and supplier performance.
- Lead negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contracts.
- Monitor market trends and supplier capabilities to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to align purchasing with inventory and budget requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all procurement activities.
- Manage supplier relationships and conduct performance evaluations to maintain high service levels.
- Oversee purchase orders, deliveries, and invoicing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation, contract management, and cost reduction.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain best practices, ERP systems, and procurement software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a problem-solving mindset.
- Certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) are highly desirable.
