Responsibility
- Accurately pack and label products according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Inspect products for defects or damages before packaging to ensure quality control.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including weighing, sealing, and documenting packages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Operate packaging machinery and tools, such as sealers, labelers, and scanners, as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing targets and deadlines.
- Follow inventory management procedures, including tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company policies, including those related to hygiene, safety, and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in packing, warehousing, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move items (up to 20 kg) for extended periods.
- Basic math and measurement skills for accurate packing and labeling.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software is advantageous.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, as needed to meet production demands.
