Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of production operators to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, maintenance, logistics) to optimize workflow.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance team performance and skills.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a similar high-tech production environment.
- Proven leadership experience in supervising production teams.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to dynamic operational demands.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
