Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate outbound warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders while maintaining inventory integrity.
- Monitor and optimize warehouse workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with transportation and logistics teams to schedule and manage outbound shipments.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and warehouse processes to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments, update records, and generate reports.
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues related to outbound operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a focus on outbound logistics.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to mentor and guide warehouse teams.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
