Responsibility
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse inventory using handheld scanners or pick lists.
- Pack products securely and efficiently, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
- Verify order accuracy by matching items against order documents before packing.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, carts) safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area to ensure workplace safety.
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and cycle counting as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline order fulfillment processes and improve workflow.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or order-picking experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Physical stamina to lift and move items weighing up to 20-25 kg regularly.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills to read order documents and use scanning devices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Good teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with colleagues.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime as required.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous but not required.
